Submitting a request for return or refund does not guarantee that it will be approved. Return approval will vary based on reason for return, type of product, and individual circumstance. Please review the details below before submitting a return request.
TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
- IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
- Please inspect your order and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive an incorrect or damaged shipment so that we may work to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
- IF YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE AND COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
- Please review the item’s warranty terms and follow the instructions for completing a warranty claim.
- ALL OTHER RETURNS
- All other requests for returns/refunds must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items approved for return must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order. Exceptions may be made if return delivery is delayed due to inclement weather.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS
If you purchased from a retailer that is not Global Garden, they will facilitate the return process for you using their own return policy. Begin by contacting the retailer from which you purchased your product. You will likely need to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice.
If you purchased directly from Global Garden, please use our online Contact Us Form and select RMA/Warranty under Inquiry Type. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for your request and include your order number or invoice number when submitting your request. Unless otherwise noted, products may be returned to our warehouse only after your return request is approved and if the item is in new and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and seals intact and undamaged.
Upon approval of your request, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to Global Garden, or to keep or dispose of the item if it cannot be returned to our warehouse. In approved cases that do not include damaged or incorrect orders, you will typically be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund or credit will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you are returning a product to Global Garden via UPS, FedEx, or other common carrier, you must use an outer box and interior padding (if necessary) to protect the item and original packaging from damage during shipment. Refunds for items to be returned to our warehouse will be issued after we have received and inspected the product. If the returned item is found to be damaged upon delivery, your refund request may be denied.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may be considered for refund or credit; however, they are not permitted to be returned to our warehouse:
- Gard’nClean Products
- Grow Media including but not limited to RediRoot/Jiffy, Cultiwool, and EvoCoir
- Fabric/Plastic Pots, Grow Trays, and Propagation Trays including but not limited to RediRoot and Spring Pot
- Replacement Probes and Sensors including but not limited to HM Digital
- Replacement Water Filters including but not limited to GrowMax Water and GrowMax Water by Global Garden
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Discontinued, Closeout, or Sale Items
- Refurbished or Seconds Items
- Special Order Items
